Hans Moench

Swiss Born Hans Moench has been a pioneer in product innovation for the International Janitorial – Commercial Healthcare cleaning industry for over 40 years. Hans and his partner started his first company in 1972.  They developed and improved cleaning equipment tools which revolutionize the procedures on how to clean hard floors in the health care industry.

As President of EWU International Ltd (US Division), Hans was responsible for R&D, Marketing and Production of commercial sanitary maintenance and janitorial care products.  During his tenure, the company enjoyed a zero percent product failure rate resulting from Hans’ uncompromising work ethic.  Due to the great success of product sales to the health care industry, Rubbermaid bought his companies in Europe and the USA. Today, the product is manufactured by Rubbermaid and is still selling worldwide.

Presently, Hans is engaged in a new endeavor. This new company effort is focused on providing an avenue of employment and training to handicapped individuals using intrinsically safe devices for their production purposes.

Jeanette Contant 

Born and raised in England, Jeanette has a strong background in consultative sales, media promotion and business entrepreneurship.

Though born with very little eyesight, this did not stop her from having a full and vibrant childhood.  In addition to traveling throughout the UK and Europe inspiring audiences with her musical performances as a classically-trained pianist, singer and composer, Jeanette excelled in her studies and went onto achieve a BA joint honours degree in French and English and a degree from a university in France.

Jeanette went onto work at the BBC in London. She began at the highly acclaimed BBC World Service in radio and then in project management.

Moving onto BBC Worldwide Jeanette became an account Executive, selling technology-based training in management development to a large client base of fortune 500 companies including American Express, Rentokil, Pfizer and Motorola.  Jeanette won a sales award for exceeding the group average by 200% in a single month.  Her ability to easily connect with people at all levels also enabled her to   initiate and develop strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.  Jeanette gave regular presentations of corporate management strategies developed by famed management gurus, and won an award for her delivery of her customer service training presentation.

Having set up and run a successful music management company with a client base of both government and large corporate clients, Jeanette moved to the United States full time with her husband and son in 2008.

Jeanette then began to work for a non-profit organization in Broward, where she both created and instructed  a program in the field of job preparation for blind and visually impaired individuals.  She accomplished results far exceeding contractual expectations, achieving an additional three-year investment in her program.

Jeanette has been a key note speaker at a variety of conferences internationally and is an active member of Toastmasters International.

John Famularo

John Famularo is the owner, operator of ABC Roofing.  He has been in this business since graduating high school following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps.  After moving to South Florida in 1987, he opened this family run and operated business and is still going strong.

Along the way John has been involved in many other businesses expanding on his knowledge of the construction industry including painting, hurricane shutters, shell contracting, property management and general contracting.

John also has been elected to serve on several boards as an expert including Broward County Rules and Appeals and The Coral Springs Focus Group.  In both of these situations he attends meetings where codes and main city operations are discussed and voted on for changes and decisions on many different kinds of issues.

Along with this John has brought his 2 sons into the business side of his life and is teaching and helping them each run a custom automotive company and a machine shop and is involving them on the running of these businesses from office procedures to operations.

John is a very organized and work focused individual who enjoys and thrives on being and active part of his community and the excitement of new challenges and successes in everything he becomes involved in.

John has now become involved in a company that is providing training and job skills to special need adults in hopes of enabling them the chance to be more self-sufficient in a safe and productive work space.


Marline Pottinger

Marline Pottinger, MBA, Controller and was born on the Island of Jamaica, West Indies. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Global Management and is currently perusing her CPA and Doctorate degree in organizational leadership.

She is a pragmatic and results-oriented accounting professional with a distinguished career providing senior support in accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Record of excellence in tracking and improving profitability, and seamlessly leading businesses through many firsts including, business forecasting/financial planning and reporting processes. Demands and delivers the highest standards of professional excellence in the management of the complete financial function: accounting, treasury, financial reporting, business analysis, risk management, and internal control. Ms Pottinger volunteer with the IRS providing tax services to the community and she is also co-founder of Jimmy Jam Jerk, Joshua’s Journey and the Ava’s fresh Market in Jamaica.

Marline serves on the Board of One Caribbean Foundation, an organization helping disadvantaged children in the Caribbean and within their immediate community. She is also a member of NABA & CFE.
